Our company produces aluminum filtration cloth. The cloth has high retaining ability, high filtration precision and easy cake releasing. The cloth is used for the alumina fine filtration on the kelly filter, diastar filter, disc filter, filter press, drum filter and belt filter. The cloth has good filtration effect and long lifetime which is widely used by our customers in China, India, Australia, Egypt and Poland.

(1)Alumina

We produce filter cloth for alumina (Al2O3) filtration. The main type of filters are Kelly filter and diastar filter. The filters work under high temperature which require the filter cloths have high temperature resistance and high alkali resistance. Our filter cloths adopts polypropylene monofilament yarns, filtration precision is 3-5 microns. The filtration effect is excellent and the cloths have long lifetime.

        (2)Red mud

   Red mud forms after alumina sedimentation, it still has very high viscidity. During washing, it is difficult to make solid liquid separation and the red mud is difficult to peel off from the filter media. For the red mud filtration, we normally choose polypropylene monofilament cloth and polyamide monofilament cloth. They have smooth surface, large air permeability and easy to make filter cake peel off. The filter cloth filtration precision is 30-50 microns.

     (3)Seed washing

 Disc filter is mainly used for seed washing. Horizontal belt filter and drum filter are also used. Monofilament filter cloths and nonwoven filter cloths are normally used for seed filtration. Filter cloths material is polypropylene, filtration precision is 50-60 microns.
